Ready for the future? Thanks to intelligent diagnostic, monitoring and verification functions provided by Heartbeat Technology, the new generation is ready for use in a digital future. Our measuring technology meets your expectations in terms of optimizing efficiency gains. Build-up is detected early on, and predictive maintenance means that you avoid plant shutdowns. Regular diagnosis of processes and device conditions can extend maintenance intervals and increase the efficiency.

The combination of Heartbeat Technology and the Radar Accuracy Index (RAI) makes even traceable verification possible. This in turn means that essential calibrations can be replaced with verification and a high-precision measurement is fully guaranteed. Furthermore, the verification option available in this product range fulfills the requirements of DIN ISO 9001 and saves you time-consuming documentation work.

80 GHz performance

Do you have particularly high demands when it comes to radar performance? With the new 80 GHz radar chip, the new Micropilot delivers reliable measuring values under harsh conditions, in the case of long measuring ranges and in all media. It is possible to achieve exact measurements in narrow and extremely tall vessels or silos, regardless of temperature or dust. If you have tall process tanks, the new chip enables a measuring range of more than 100 m and a factory calibration of up to 50 m.

Material flow and dust

The Micropilot is used for the storage of gravel and sand in heaps where it allows you to automate optimal surface filling, regardless of material flow and weather conditions. The filling process is monitored at an optimal level without the need for maintenance. Accurate level measurement is guaranteed even in the presence of dust, for example in the case of conveyor belt transfer stations. The same applies in the case of abrasion or product moisture in cement, buffer and production silos.
